Buddhism is a spiritual and psychological philosophy I find inspiring and empowering.

I wrote a poem while on a walk near my house in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin called, “Remnants of a Sacred Place” inspired by the remnants of an old monastery.

Retreats are such a connecting and grounding experience for me. I love getting away from my regular routine and immersing myself with kindred souls to create, connect and share our hearts with each other.
